The ThermTec Ventus 650L sets new standards in the field. This state-of-the-art multi-spectrum binocular combines thermal imaging, a 4K optical color channel, digital night vision and an integrated laser rangefinder in an ergonomic binocular design. It was developed for hunters who demand maximum precision, long-range performance and a particularly natural viewing experience – day and night.

Natural viewing with both eyes

The Ventus 650L is not a classic monocular, but a true multi-spectrum binocular. Viewing with both eyes provides a much more natural image, improved depth perception and less eye fatigue – a key advantage during long sits or extended stalking.

Especially during prolonged observation, this difference becomes obvious: the image appears more three-dimensional, your eyes tire more slowly, and detecting movement in the terrain becomes significantly easier.

Highly sensitive thermal sensor with long detection range

In thermal mode, the Ventus 650L features a modern 640x512 pixel sensor with 12 µm pixel pitch and exceptionally high thermal sensitivity of NETD ≤15 mK. Even the smallest temperature differences are clearly visible – even in damp weather, fog, or low thermal contrast conditions.

The powerful 50 mm F1.0 lens provides an impressive detection range of up to 2600 meters, allowing large areas to be scanned efficiently and game to be detected early.

Thermal Super Resolution & AI-assisted image processing

With ThermTec Thermal Super Resolution and intelligent AI calibration, the Ventus 650L delivers a high-contrast, stable image – even at higher magnification. Fine temperature differences are clearly separated, and outlines appear precise and well-defined.

Especially in changing weather conditions, the strength of the ≤15 mK sensor combined with modern image processing becomes apparent. Game stands out clearly from the background while vegetation and terrain remain structured and visible.

EIS image stabilization & high-resolution AMOLED display

The integrated EIS image stabilization significantly reduces shaking and provides a steadier viewing experience – particularly at higher magnifications or when used handheld.

The image is displayed on a high-quality 0.5″ AMOLED display with 1600×1200 pixels. The display impresses with strong contrast, vivid colors and sharp detail reproduction without glare or loss of detail.

4K day & night vision channel

In addition to thermal imaging, the Ventus 650L features a powerful 12 MP 4K CMOS system. It provides a high-resolution color image in daylight and effective digital night vision in darkness.

The integrated IR illumination can be switched between 850 nm for maximum range and 940 nm for especially discreet, wildlife-friendly observation. This allows the device to be optimally adapted to different hunting scenarios.

Laser rangefinder up to 1000 meters

The integrated laser rangefinder enables precise distance measurements up to 1000 meters. The LRF module is fully integrated into the housing and does not affect the balance or ergonomics of the device.

Ergonomics and intuitive operation

The ergonomically shaped housing was specifically designed for stable two-hand operation. The weight distribution is well balanced, allowing the binocular to be held steady and securely – even during longer observation periods.

The dual-focus wheels allow precise focusing without changing your hand position. All controls are logically arranged and easy to operate even with gloves.

Switching between thermal, daylight mode and IR night vision is fast and intuitive. In real hunting situations where speed and overview matter, the Ventus 650L stands out with its well-thought-out operating concept.

Rugged housing for demanding field use

Two replaceable 18650 batteries reliably power the Ventus 650L for up to 6 hours of operation. Thanks to an intelligent auto-off function, power is saved when the device is not actively used.

The rugged housing is protected to IP67 and built for demanding conditions. Rain, dust and temperature fluctuations between -20°C and +50°C are no problem.
