Returns and Exchanges: Fast and Easy

If you are not satisfied with an item, you have the right to return any items purchased from us within 14 days of receiving them* under the statutory right of withdrawal. Additionally, you can exchange the item if, for example, it does not fit.

How to return or exchange an item:

	1. Fill out the return form: Print out our return form and fill it in clearly.
	2. Pack the item: Place the item along with the completed return form in the original packaging.
	3. Attach return label: Attach the return label from your preferred shipping provider to the package in a visible location.
	4. Send the package: Drop off the package with your shipping provider and keep the receipt safely.
	5. Refund or exchange: After receiving your package, we will promptly process the refund or exchange.

Tip for a quick exchange:

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item and need a replacement quickly, exchanging via a new order in our shop is the fastest option. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will process the refund for the purchase price. This way, the double payment for the desired item will only last a few days.
