Shipping and payment terms

A. Shipping costs and information

As standard, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you wish to ship to another country, please write us an email before ordering (info@wildagent.de) and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about shipping options and costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 5.00 euros per order. From a gross order value of 100.00 euros, we ship free of charge.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We deliver to the following countries

Austria
The shipping costs to Austria are a flatrate of 9.95 euros per order.

Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Span
The shipping costs to this countries are a flatrate of 14.95 euros per order.


In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. This includes, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). I. By shiping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

• Prepayment via bank transfer
• Cash on pickup
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via PayPal (Creditcard, direct debit, possibly invoice)
• Payment by installment purchase (via EasyCredit)
• Payment via Stripe (Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express)

II. By shipping outside of Germany

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

• Prepayment via bank transfer
• Cash on pickup
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via PayPal (Creditcard, direct debit, possibly invoice)
• Payment via Stripe (Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express)

C. Information on the calculation of delivery times

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time indicated for the respective item.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole. 

The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. Parcels will be dispatched by us within 3 working days, subject to availability. The availability of the items will be displayed separately on the item page in the shop.
